The role of SSB's Connect Initiative is twofold. First, the team is in charge of providing networking opportunities between SSB members and Stanford faculty members, local industry professionals, and other leaders in the biodesign and biotechnology industry. The team is also responsible for maintaining SSB cohesion by putting on fantastic mixers throughout the year open to all organization members, including a Fall Quarter retreat.
